Instructions And Code For Converting Daily Data From ThinkOrSwim to Excel Without Using An API

This is a word document outlining the process of downloading daily stock data from Charles Schwab’s ThinkOrSwim platform to Microsoft Excel without the usage of an API. The steps and codes are given for free at the video link below, but this document allows for quick copy and paste of code and the ability to support my work.

Please note a couple things before purchasing:
* Power Query is used to perform the steps. In prior years this was only available in Microsoft. Recent online reports suggest it is now available in Apple computers. Windows is the recommended and tested operating system.
* This is only recommended for use with daily data. If you desire to download data where the candles represent less than a 1 day period (hours, minutes) see the similar product titled Intraday.
